Have them enter CSV (comma seperated values) from excel (they can easily get this by saving as a CSV file). I don't think it would take anymore than an hour to convert the data in a plugin and output a nicely formatted table. One major drawback is you would have to re-export it to make any changes.
Ultimately this is the best way. But, you probably don't want to spend tens of thousands (lol) of dollars on this, or code it yourself. I won't even go into detail because I'm not quite sure what you want. |
