Can someone help me. I want to know how to setup my forums like www.channelsclub.com I just want the forum sections. theyre sub forums are little unlike other vbulletin sites. Please i need to know this?

It looks as though you'd have to modify what additional information is seen on the home page. You'd have to go through your Admin CP and remove Last Post, Thread, and Posts. I believe if you just leave the forum name and description, you can achieve that look.
