Separate user title sets for female/male users

The female users of my forum have asked me if it was possible to have a separate user title set for them.

That makes sense, so is there already a modification for this?
I guess once could program it with several if clauses in the template, but I'd rather prefer an addon where I can create several user title sets and then assign them to some condition.
