User's title/rank determines usergroup

Is there a mod out there that will make it so that as a member climbs the forum rank/title ladder they will move into a different custom usergroup each time they change forum rank/title?

If not, is there currently a way to set it up like that?

I want to be able to customise the access that members have to various places on my site based on the their forum title. So basically the more active a member is on the forums, the more access to various areas they get. I know I can currently create custom usergroups and add members to them but I dont want to have to manually do this each time a member gets promoted to a higher forum rank/title. I want it to be automatic.
