Save registration email just like vB saves registration ip

This would be helpful, since a lot of my trouble makers, switch their email addresses as soon as they register with an email address that I approve. I hope this would make it easier to find puppets of other users.

Is there anything out there like this already? It doesn't seem like it should be all that hard to create.

Any intrest in something like this.
