Alignment and moving blocks questions

I just installed this, it's great.

But.... I've used the instructions voor vBAdvanced in index.php.
I also put in the code in arcade.php to include arcade.php in vBA.
My right column is showing up now, but way to high, and shortening my navbar which should be over te whole page width.
The Navigation piece of VBA should line with arcade which is does not.

1.) How can I fix this?

I would also like 1 white line ( br \) between the navbar and between the blocks, where can I remove the 2nd one because now there are twee, so I would like to shorter the distance between the blocks and between navbar and arcade. Same as between welcome header and navbar.
2.) Where can I change that?

Moving blocks:
I would like to display the "The arcade" block and "Tournament info" block -below- the games section so the games (games info block) are on top of the page so you don't have to scroll down to play games.
3.) How do I do this?

And the third question:
I saw a site which had beautiful tab pages ("tabbladen" in Dutch) for the game categories. I would like that too.
4.) It's very nice. Can anybody tell me how it's done?
