how do you set for different group with x points costed per attachment

how do you set for different group with x points costed per attachment?
e.g. groupid 6 viewing attachment will cost 1 points each view, but groupid 2 will cost 3 points each view of an attachment .. is there a way to set this?

another thing is that, can you set the forum of attachment cost differently? such as, forumid A attachments cost 1 point each attachment, forumid B cost 10 points each attachment is downloaded.

and can you disable vbplaza and vbbux for certain usergroupid ?? i set the "Can this group charge points for their attachments?" to No it doesn't have any affect, it still show u have no points to perform this action. even to "Yes" too .. i don't need vbplaza and vbbux for these usergroup
