The imagetypes PHP function is only avaiable in PHP version 4.0.2 and higher

You need to upgrade PHP on your server or ask you host to do this for you. You are running a very old version (PHP 4.0.2 was introduced in august 2000), so you really need to upgrade it. Such an old version is a big security risk.
