Auto block certain forum access until "x" post reach

I've looked through hacks but can't see to find something related.

I have inside my forum a forum-category which I'd like to block access to until a user has reached a "x" amount of post. Once he/she reached the "x" amount of posts they gain automatic access to the specific forum...
