Hello, at my comunity a super moderator moved a lot of posts to the recicle bin and i lost the big number of posts and threads at some forums, there is something that i can do to increase again the number, to the real number??

No, or you need to add it manually to each user

You can use AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Update counters for recounting everything to the current values (so the lower ones).
