Pager buddy list

Is there a hack that anyone knows of that will put members on a pager buddy list? Also can anyone help me figure out why I cant get pager pop ups
on non-vbulletin pages....what is the global variable name? Pager messages worked on non-vbulletin pages before pager upgrade....Thank You.....
