I am looking for something will get rid of the option to hide birthdays or age.
I have searched through this forum and found nothing.

I think this option is disabled by default, so you could probably just delete the option from the template it's in and users can't set it to hide anymore.

How about editing the modifyprofile_birthday template eliminating the options to the user that you do not wish for the users to have?
