For some reason when my members click on the password reset link in an email it brings them to this page?

Apparently my members have been having issues for some time now?I have no idea what is going on? Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this error? I have been trying tofigure out what has been going on with my member activityand this must be it?

That would probably be best focused on www.vbulletin.com as it could be a bug or there may be a fix on there.
