Can anybody recommend the best chat program that we can integrate to our VBulletin Forum?

What kind of chat do you want? A shout box (ajax), an IRC chat (java applet integration), a vBulletin PHP chat, ...?

I am not sure what the difference is of the programs you mentioned? We just want the nicest, most user friendly option.

Specifications we are looking for:

1. Users able to login with same username/password used in current VB forum.

2. Site can stand alone on its own domain name.

3. Chat can be turned on/off.

4. Chat can be moderated.

5. Keyword filtering

Any further guidance would be appreciated!

I use flashchat and it works well with VB.

I can't remember the URL off hand, but just google flashchat.

It's not free, but it's only $5 and comes with instructions to integrate with vb
