I know that with the VBulletin censorship, you can censor words to become ** or whatever character you put in there, but is it possible to do it word for word?
Say I want dog to turn into puppy.. How would I do that? If I put {dog} and then the replacement as puppy, it'll show as puppypuppypuppy, and I don't want that. If this IS possible, is it possible to do more than one? Say I want to turn dog to puppy, but I also want to turn cat to kitty, and mouse to furball or something of the sort.... Thanks for all your help ![]() |

Try the Replacement Variable Manager.
AdminCP => Styles & Templates => Replacement Variable Manager Choose your style then click on [Add New Replacement Variable] Search for Text dog Replace with Text puppypuppypuppy try that - hope it helps. |

I was only using your example of puppypuppypuppy - you can use whatever you want to there.

also if you wanted to use images for your censor, you can either use a replacement variable, or you can set up a smilie omiting the : : from around it (eg instead of using :censored: you would just use censored )
