Drop menus like "forum tools" not working (only in certain forums!)

In many forums the "forum tools", "search this forum", and "moderation(the down arrow icon) drops dont drop down. (also any other drops like them on the pages that have errors dont drop.) This error seems to only be present in forums and in the "new posts" list. Nowhere else like threads, the calender, etc. Here is a link to a forum it occurs in. As you can see the status bar (on IE at least) says "errors on page". By the way I am using Internet Explorer 7 beta3. I have tested it on Firefox, Opera, and Advanced Browser aswell. None work. Here is a screen cap of the menus i am referring to.

This is usually caused by an error in your navbar template.

If possible, revert your navbar template and it will fix these errors.

it cud also be that the skin is not using drop down .. as i see form the image you have added the code of default navbar template to the new skin

Here is my navbar template. do you see anything wrong? and the skin uses them because they work in some forums but not others. here is a link http://www.fusion-central.net/forum/

revert the template and start again with it, you also need to check your header template.
