I want to make the "What's Going on Box" collapsible. And if you have a look @ my site, there is too much space between the "Forums" and the "Portkeys" and NO space between the "Portkeys" and the "What's Going on Box". I want it completely opposite to that.

I want to make the "What's Going on Box" collapsible. And if you have a look @ my site, there is too much space between the "Forums" and the "Portkeys" and NO space between the "Portkeys" and the "What's Going on Box". I want it completely opposite to that.
The individual sections of the box are collapsable but not the whole box due to the design of it. To collapse the whole box then you would loose the functionality of the individual elemants collapsing.
