Can someone point me to thehack where i can download this:

im looking for the thing where u view a thread, u can see everyone viewing it.

kinda like www.namepros.com
go to a thread and look at the bottom say what users are viewing it.

This is a standard vB Option. AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Thread Display Options -> Show Users Browsing Threads.
