I'm making a new community, for local (users from my country). The purpose is to socialize, talk about music, etc, etc. I want it to be like a mini myspace with news too. I have the 3.6 RC2 version, what hacks would your reccommend me?

Keep it simple and only install things that are relevant to your community. If you are going to discussiong gigs and things then you may want to consider a photo gallery. However, only you can decide what is relevant. Don't install things just for the sake of it.

vBshout for one, If you think your users are mature to use it in a mature way,
v3Arcade if its a relaxing site - Or people would get bored easy.

I'm not sure that these are out for 3.6 but its worth a look.

Journal might not be a bad idea either. And if you're looking to be like MySpace -- you could do the MySpace Profile Rewrite Mod too.
