Open source and free hacks are terrific, however I think your comment is uncalled for especially given that it's a complete assumption thus far.
If these gentlemen spend time and money to create a hack that scores of people obviously want, I don't see why asking a few dollars for it should be such a big deal. Again, I'd rather pay a reasonable fee than see this project disappear.

This isn't meant to restart the paid or no paid argument. Some people can afford the time to create phenomenal hacks - God bless them - yet it would be a shame to exclude and demonize those who cannot afford the time to code free hacks. These are individuals, not huge corporations for crying out loud.

That said, it behooves Toolblast and Giologist to be upfront about what this hack will be so we'll know what to expect.
