user submitted data

Hi Folks,

I am not very familiar with what mods are availible. There maybe one i can modify for my purpose already. I would like to have an html table of user submitted fields on my website. User fills out a form with 4 or 5 fields then they appear in an html table.

Basically i want a handyman table where users can submit good plumbers, electricians, maids etc.. who they have used and like in the past.

What is the best way to do this? Is there a mod that does this or that i could modify to do this?

Would you be interested in sharing the cost??

I have not found anything yet. The closes match is this "shoutbox" people are talking about, but i can't find that in the mod section to look at.
Maybe we could get a few people together who want this mod and split the cost of paying someone to develope it? Any takers?

Basically it would allow for a form of fields to be filled out by the user and then those fields are displayed in an html table. I would like it to say the user who posted it and the date.

I may, i am looking more of a integrated web forms that the information gets submitted to a backend for processing. I may be interested in sharing the cost in the future but not right now. It is not high on my priority list.
