Points per Ad click

i'll tell you what i want, what i really really want.

nobody seems to take any notice of my google ads. i get a few pennies for impressions but the real money maker is clicks.

would it be possible to set up a way that users clicking an ad would recieve X amount of points?

the flip side to this would be buying "no ads for X days" with your points.

If we don't tell user that by clicking on the ads will increase their points then we won't be against google's TOS, we just put there and we just wanna reward those pple who click it without they know we increase their points =X

I'm all for this for private ad sponsors but whats the point of having for google ads or anyother pay per clicks, they aren't gonna click them more if they don't know they get the points so why use it. For it to work you would have to tell the users they would get points for clicking. And that violates TOS.
