Delete User after 10 days of no activity?

I was wondering if there is, or if someone can come up with, a Hack that deletes new users after 10 days of no posting....

If they are a spammer, and are just using the board for their own purposes, they would be deleted after 10 days. IF they are a legit user....then they would be posting right away...

If anyone can come up with this script, most appreciated
