My goal: Allow specific users to JUST edit usergroups.

Is there a way I can make it so specific users can ONLY edit usergroups?
Or to limit certain admins so they can ONLY edit usergroups?

Currently new members are approved by admins who change the usergroup from active imported to registered.

However I dont like the idea of there being so many admins.

Any suggestions?

That would mean that they also can change the usergroup to Admin.

vBulletin 3.6 has some more option to give certain permissions to your S.Moderators. I doubt however that this is one of them.

WHo could I have help me edit the code so I can grant specific users access only to approve members?

Bottom line:
I need a usergroup that can ONLY approve new members.
This is for a business.
If special code is needed we could possibly pay.
