How Do I allow Admin 1 to edit Style/template 1.. Admin 2 to edit Style/template 2 with neither being able to edit the others Style?

I have admins in New Zealand, and United Kingdom, however I do not what them to edit our style/templates.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?
