I get this error after I uploaded all the files and imported the product, haven't yet made any template changes:

And now I can't get in my control panel. Help!

Did u upload the files/folders inside the UPLOAD in the zip to your forums ROOT folders?

The fact that it says /forum/plugins/vbplaza_admin_global.php has failed to open, tells me that u may not have uploaded the ENTIRE contents of the upload folder to ur forums ROOT folder.

If u upload all of the files it should allow u back in.
