I guess to better separate , you should add HTML mark-ups to Designers,Master Designers,Coders...etc.....So we can see who is who on WOL

I don't think that is neccesary, it will just confuse everyone as to who is who and who belongs on staff.

As long as you stay'd away from the staff colour that isn't necessarily true....I personally don't mind either way, but just as point of fact

I think it would be kinda cool, but Im afraid this will never go through due to the fact that people here are shit scared of distincting coders from anybody else. We don't want an "us and them" feeling after all...

I definitely think we should get colors. It could be used as a bit of motivation to get coders to be more active and such.
