Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Forum Listing Display Options > Show moderator column. Turn this off.

But I think it does appear for sub-forums in forumdisplay. Do you need specific code? |

do i just deled the part with the mod insde the brackets ( [ & ] )

You should delete the if condition of the moderator column if you want it completly gone, but keep in check the colspan of 5 when the moderator column is gone.
