i am confused with this three forum. i know vbulletin com is official but what about the next two? the links send me here and there

whats the difference in their emphasis??

there's so much stuff to navigate.!

all i need at the moment is to find out how to:
1. add new styles...how do i do it?
2. how do i add a hack like the CMS or arcade or shop?
3. is there a manual on how to be a good administrator?

i know the answer must be somewhere in the three forums!

Any other site is strictly unofficial
