Reupload your global.php page. Make sure it is a default one that you downloaded, not a modified one.

I don't use cpanel and yes another panel, but I will check if it is in the host.

I uploaded all the files.
The AdminCP works, but not all functions such as editing of templates.

He already stated he doesn't use cPanel. Also i don't get why he would need cPanel to solve this problem, this is unrelated.
