Reupload your global.php page. Make sure it is a default one that you downloaded, not a modified one.

I don't use cpanel and yes another panel, but I will check if it is in the host.

Reupload all the php files. Was this site ever working?

I uploaded all the files.
The AdminCP works, but not all functions such as editing of templates.

Reupload all the php files via cpanel your host

He already stated he doesn't use cPanel. Also i don't get why he would need cPanel to solve this problem, this is unrelated.
