This hack is very similar to my 'Automatically Create Usernote on Username Change' hack.
This one creates a usernote in the user's profile when they, or you, edit the user's email address.

To install just import the attached product file.

Id love to see this work for a profile field - we have profile fields setup for name and address something like this would work wonders so when a member changes an address the usernote was created so admins can keep track of the address changes....

I'm searching for something like this as well. An email to the admin would be fine.
