Header image needs to be less plain. Probably could get rid of the moderator column too. And I think you've got way too many forums it should be possible to condense down as not all of them get a lot of posts.

Well the first thing is find a focus for your site. You have so many different forums that have nothing to do with anything else. Also I agree with the others about the top image. It should be a little larger.

The column on your forumhome where it has 'Moderator' at the top and goes down the whole side of the forum listing table.
