Header image needs to be less plain. Probably could get rid of the moderator column too. And I think you've got way too many forums it should be possible to condense down as not all of them get a lot of posts.

what do you mean by moderator column? I'm still getting used to vb, switched from phpbb. So I'm still getting used to the functions and all the options.

Well the first thing is find a focus for your site. You have so many different forums that have nothing to do with anything else. Also I agree with the others about the top image. It should be a little larger.

The column on your forumhome where it has 'Moderator' at the top and goes down the whole side of the forum listing table.
