Well that would be nice, but they tend to frown on dealing with vbull or any other format, not their issue, was lucky to get what i got.

For future reference if you are running the cPanel WHM on the VPS or a dedicated server even you can edit your php.ini file inside it. If you are running WHM just login to it and look for "Service Configuration" on the left and click it. Then choose PHP Configuration Editor and you should be able to safely edit the values there without causing a serious problem with your server.
