Another mod brought to you by,
Here is a small modification you can use to log selected users or usergroups IP's when they login or log out of your site.
Q. Why do I need such a thing, you ask?
A. Sometimes members, or you and your staff, feel their accounts are being compromised and without the hacker posting etc, no IP's are logged and there is no proof. Now you will have a log for such a thing. Also it was requested by, Loget, here Log IP addresses.
It is a simple installation, upload the file, ozzmodz_log_login.log, in the UPLOAD folder, to your forum root, then import the product XML, product-ozzmodz_log_login_ip
You can edit the options under the settings, OzzModz: Log Login/Logout IP Settings
Complete Feature List
Option to disable the mod completely.
Option to change the name of the file, so you can make it unique to your site, keeps it out of prying eyes.
Option to set which userid's to log.

What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?
* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available.
* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.
* Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.
I appreciate the support!

You can download the log by typing the location and name of the log in your browser,
Code:
http://mysite.com/forums/ozzmodz_log_login.log
That is why you should also rename the file, and possibly load it into a different folder, then edit the setting, Log File Name and add the folder location, like so, admincp/ozzmodz_log_login.log
No, as I would not know what you named the new file to, or what folder you put it in. And as far as I know, there is no way to get that info from the settings, and tie it into a link.
As I said above, just navigate to the file in your browser. It would be the same thing if I was able to add a link in the ACP, you would still be prompted to download the log, or open it with a program.
Yeah that will work, as long as the users add their file name and location to the file. I don't like doing stuff like that, I prefer it to be automatic.
Don't forget to mark as installed if you are using the mod.
