Description::.

Changs the [Email] bbcode to an image contains the email for securing your members emails
this hack after a long time dishacking vbulletin ..

[Mod Features::.

1-easy yo install
2-works only for valid emails
3-a transparent background to fit your style
4-doesn't save images in filesystem

Disadvantages::.

1-this mod will remove mailto: feature in email links]

Installation::.

1-Import The Plugin.
2-Edit file includes/class_bbcode.php
find:

return "<a href=\"mailto:$rightlink\">$text</a>"; 


replace it with:

PHP Code:

return "<img src='misc.php?do=email_dev&email=".base64_encode($rightlink)."'>";

I get a 2-4 pixel wide blue rectangle.

I changed the code to this:

technically that should work, no?

OHHHHH.

I'm modifying this to use a users email address, not the bbcode.

I cannot change $right to anything else? what if I wanted to rteplace the email with one like $post[email]

Is there a version without php code edit? I never edit php files, too troublesome during updates.
