Do you have permissions set so that the users can view usernotes?

I can't see anything as a guest to your site.

You could remove the <if> statement but if they do not have permissions to view usernotes then they will get an error screen so the <if> statement makes it look more professional.

I would just check the usergroup permissions and see what happens with that.

If it still doesn't work then I'll try it again on mine but there is no reason that I can see why the code should not work.
