I just joined and there's a yellow box at the top of the screen, and it won't allowed me to download any of the attachments, what do i do?

This is because you are showing up as licensed.

Follow the instructions in This Thread to show up as licensed.

what do i put in for my username and password in the "Member Area"

I put in Wheeler as my username and then i typed in my forum password, but it didnt work, what am i doing wrong?

You will need to use the customer number and password (which are in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Right, so what what do i put in the username and the password section?

My username, or the number i got in the email and what do i put in password, my password for the forum or the number i got in the email?

You enter your customer number, and members area password that you reviced in the email you got when you bought vBulletin. Same thing you used to get into the members area to download vBulletin.

And when you get past that, you need to enter the e-mail you use at vBT. Reminder that it is case sensative so make sure it is exact to what you use at vBT.

It is in the email you got from vbulletin.com when your bought vbulletin.

You use a customer number and password to get into the Members Area for your account.
