I just joined and there's a yellow box at the top of the screen, and it won't allowed me to download any of the attachments, what do i do?

This is because you are showing up as licensed.

what do i put in for my username and password in the "Member Area"

I put in Wheeler as my username and then i typed in my forum password, but it didnt work, what am i doing wrong?

You enter your customer number, and members area password that you reviced in the email you got when you bought vBulletin. Same thing you used to get into the members area to download vBulletin.

And when you get past that, you need to enter the e-mail you use at vBT. Reminder that it is case sensative so make sure it is exact to what you use at vBT.

What's my customer number? Is that in the email too?

It is in the email you got from vbulletin.com when your bought vbulletin.

You use a customer number and password to get into the Members Area for your account.
