You can also try eBay, but take listings with a grain of salt as most of them are ludicrously overpriced or just completely useless sites.

Personally I would start a new forum in a niche that doesn't have any forums. A $160 investment that can eventually turn money in a year, possibly. I sure wouldn't want to spend $10,000 for something that is not guaranteed.
