Anyone know where I can buy a working/profiting forum?

I am looking to acquire 2-3 profitable ($100 or more a month profit) forums. I am open to a wide variety of topics. Let me know as I would like to do something in the next 10 days.

My budget is $5,000 per board. It could be as much as $10,000 though if I buy one less board...

You can also try eBay, but take listings with a grain of salt as most of them are ludicrously overpriced or just completely useless sites.

Personally I would start a new forum in a niche that doesn't have any forums. A $160 investment that can eventually turn money in a year, possibly. I sure wouldn't want to spend $10,000 for something that is not guaranteed.
