If you are not a SEO specialist then your answer is quite true but it is total wrong if you know more knowledge about SEO to distinguish between mobile style and responsive design on SEO aspect.
Of course you use mobile style, you can pass Google's requirements here

But on other aspects, responsive theme is always better.
