End-User Options - Notepad for user settings page

This is a simple user notepad, to store short texsts on "settings" page. It's collapseable and has autosave feature, like google docs.

If you used antialiasis's "Personal Notepad" mod for 3.7 - this one provides similar functions for 4.0, and automatically migrates data. I'm not shure, that "settings" location is now the best place for notepad. So, reasonable suggestions will be considered.

This mod is developped here http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-notepad . Patches are welcome.

Possible

1) Goto this template rcd_notepad

first line add below code

<vb:if condition="in_array($bbuserinfo['usergroupid'], array(1,2))">

change your usergroupid accordingly

End line add this
