Edit your includes/config.php and (assuming you're one of the admins) make sure your userid is listed in $config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators']. Then go to the admin cp and under "Usergroups" there should be an "Administrator Permissions" choice that lets you select the permissions for each admin.
