How to unblock the member that spam-o-matic blocked..?

That happened to me too... I just disabled the IP check option and it was fine... well, I guess it depends on for which reason the member was blocked. Was the member using a fake email, or the user id cross-matched with the one int he spam database, etc..

You could check the log to see if you can figure out why the member was blocked.
