Google Adsense "Smart" Ad Placement

VIOLATION(S) FOUND:

understand that it may be challenging to monitor user-generated content,
such as comments, on your site, we require publishers to check that the
webpages containing their ad code complies with our program policies. More

So, here's my request:
Can someone modify the Default vBulletin 4 Google AdSense Advertising Plugin so that the ads will not be delivered on threads/pages that do not abide by their terrible ToS?

You were given a warning based on the content of your page- how would a mod know if your content was against Google Terms of Service?

Scanning for specific words in a page that sets off Google's automatic "Red Flag" system, (which notifies employees of Google. The mod would beat Google in their search of their Spiders, because speed of scripts > speed of Google's Spiders) and then removing the ad for that thread.
