Hi,
try this first. Go to your AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics: Suspect File Versions. if you get this message "File not recognized as part of vBulletin" from vbulletin files ( not files you needed to upload for mod installs ) then re-upload the original vbulletin files to your forum's root. Another thing I'm thinking about is your forum style, if you are using another style that's not the default one, check if you can see what's missing using the default vbulletin style, if you can then it means you need to update your style, if not then it's something else.
