I am looking to get these logos animated please. I would like the outer bolts to look like they are radiating like radio waves and have the "Target" around the X pulsate (jump out) from outer ring to inner (1 at a time like a wave) X if that makes sense. PLEASE lmk if you can help. Just try to keep it as small as possible so the load time for the page is not affected as much

Sorry you need to explain yourself in even more detail.

If anyone is going to take your request on please show examples on how you want your bolts to radiate like radiowaves :s Do they disappear? Do they pulse?

The problem you have is your animation needs to be done in sections, as you have provided a complete image, it is impossible to extract certain areas without re-drawing/re-creating your imagery.
