Can someone animate my logos PLEASE?
 

I am looking to get these logos animated please. I would like the outer bolts to look like they are radiating like radio waves and have the "Target" around the X pulsate (jump out) from outer ring to inner (1 at a time like a wave) X if that makes sense. PLEASE lmk if you can help. Just try to keep it as small as possible so the load time for the page is not affected as much ;)

If anyone is going to take your request on please show examples on how you want your bolts to radiate like radiowaves :s Do they disappear? Do they pulse?

The problem you have is your animation needs to be done in sections, as you have provided a complete image, it is impossible to extract certain areas without re-drawing/re-creating your imagery.
